MSP430G2955: Send ADC value of MSP430 to a website using a wifi module

Im new to MSP430. I want to send 3 different ADC sensors reading, such as temperature to a website using wifi ESP8266. I just wondering how could I able to do it? Do I send it through UART or any other way that you recommend? In addition, how would I send data to a website that actually read a digital number of temperature, such as in F or Celsius.

Hi,

Using what communication interface is up to the wifi moudle ESP8266. But, MSP430 can support UART, SPI and I2C interface. You can send ADC raw data to a website, and calculate the digital number of temperature in website. We have many reference designs about wireless sensors. Hope them can help you.

Hi,

You can refer to this UART to Wi-Fi Bridge with 24 VAC Power Reference Design. Then you can capture sensor data using ADC in MSP430 and send the raw data by UART in MSP430. For the code, you can refer to TI official code example, which include UART and ADC.
