Hi I have installed MSP FET Pro to my new windows 10 laptop but it willnot conenct to the programming dongle . I have MSP-FETU430IF and MSP Gang programmer from elprotronic.

This is causing severe issue to production. how can i get these to work. they were fine before in windows 7?

    Hi Nigel,

    The MSP-FET430UIF is not recommended for new designs. Have you tried installing the newest version of Code Composer Studio (CCS), importing a code example from TI Resource Explorer for your specific device and then programming the device with your UIF? Sometimes that will trigger a software update on the UIF.

    I would also recommend searching the forum for your issue since many others have ran into these types of issues stemming from USB hubs, driver conflicts from gaming peripherals, USB cables, etc.

    In the meantime, I would recommend using your MSP-GANG programmer with the MSP-GANG GUI to program your devices. That should work fine, and you can figure out the UIF issue in parallel.
