Hello,
I'd like to ask if there is any demo or info concerning the use of FRAM as SRAM. This could come in handy for a model like MSP430FR5969 (64kb FRAM, 2kb SRAM).
Thank you!

Hi,
i think this can help you:

Hmmm, taking your question literally, the solution is to look at startup whether it was a brownout reset (power loss) and in this case fill the FRAM with random values. Because SRAM is volatile while FRAM isn't. So filling the FRAM with random values after a power-loss will make it 'volatile' and therefore appear like SRAM.Konstantinos Antonakoglou said:I'd like to ask if there is any demo or info concerning the use of FRAM as SRAM.
But I guess, this wasn't what you wanted, so the other answer is probably more what you expected :)
