Does anyone know of example BSL code that uses the SPI rather than UART or I2C for an MSP430? I'm using an MSP430F5247.

I've read SLAA450c and that gives useful tips for writing your own Custom Bootloader, but I was wondering whether anyone has already done this for an SPI interface on an MSP430F part.

I've also downloaded the example source and these seem only to contain UART or I2C examples.

Thanks David L. That was very useful.

I'd prefer the boot loader to be separate and in the protected boot loader area, but the code you pointed out is a great resource for me to see how their SPI access and their SPI BSL protocol works.
