Has anyone used MSP432 to code MPU9250 or any other IMU chip? I'm having difficulties with the I2C communication part.

I'm looking at an STM code for knowing the exchange. Using the booster examples to know the MSP432 part. Sort of lost.

This should be able to get you started. There is also an Arduino library that you might be able to port to Energia: github.com/.../MPU-9250

I've been through that. But I need to write the code on CCS. The reason for that is I want to use the DMP on MPU9250.

Using driverlib I sent same commands to receive data from MPU but unable to receive data from Magnetometer. Accelerometer and gyroscope are working fine.

I'm glad to hear that your MSP430F5528 I2C communication is now working, it appears that you just need to slightly tweak your communication control in adherence with the MPU9250 datasheet to properly receive data from the magnetometer.
