Hello there,
Please confirm that the thermal pad is to be connected to GND (AVss/DVss) for this part number. The MSP430F5310 datasheet provides diction regarding the intended connection yet the MSP430F532X datasheet does not so we just wanted to be sure we're laying out correctly.
