Hi TI Experts,

Please let me confirm the following question.
[Question]
Can user disable the SVS function after power-up by using the SVSHE bit?

Best regards.
Kaka

  • Section 2.3.1 of the User's Guide says:

    SVSHE

    0b = High-side SVS (SVSH) is disabled in LPM2, LPM3, LPM4, LPM3.5, and LPM4.5. SVSH is enabled in active mode, LPM0, and LPM1.

    1b = SVSH is always enabled.

    So you can disable SVS, but only in certain low-power modes.

  • Hi

    I confirmed whether it can be disabled the SVS function during Active mode by using the MSP430FR5969 LaunchPad. As a result, I could confirm that device was worked even though the supply voltage was 1.8V.

    Best regards.
    Kaka
