Does TI provide the BC 1.2 library for MSP430 family?

Isn't BC 1.2 a hardware specification? Wouldn't you want to use hardware (e.g., BQ24392)? What should the library do?

Yes. The BC1.2 also need hardware specification except software logic. I know that TI provide the specific device like bqxx device but their system is very small application. So, they would like to reduce the components as possible.
My question was wrong. Does TI have MCU which support the BC 1.2 like Reneses MCU (RL78/G1C)?

As far as I know, none of the USB-capable microcontrollers made by TI include the signaling resistor(s).
