MSP-GANG: dose not work, how to recover?

Hi Experts,

My MSP-GANG does not work. Probably, during firmware update, the communication was disconnected. Now MSP-GANG LCD shows nothing and "ERROR" and "OK" LEDs are on. PC recognizes COM port. How can we recover it?
