MSP430F5438A: UART Max Frequency when using DCO

Hello,

According to the datasheet we can use ACLK, SMCLK or external UCLK with max frequency limited to fsytem (section 5.3).
If a 24MHz crystal will be used, does it mean that UART clock will be limited to 24 Mhz or is it possible to have higher speed using DCO?

    In this mode, the maximum USCI baud rate is one-third the UART source clock frequency BRCLK.

    Maximum rate with error free transfer, for MSP430F5xx is 25/3 = 8.333 Mbps.
