MSP430FG4616: BGA (ZQW) Package Recommended Land Pattern

Does TI have a recommended land pattern for the 0.5" pitch BGA footprint for the MSP430FG4616IZQW microcontroller? It appears that there is quite a bit that goes into a fine pitch BGA land design and it would help to have a starting place.
