Tool/software: Code Composer Studio
hi, I am using msp430f249 part on code composer studio v7 I have a code and my blink works good but the uart transmit and receive isn't working, and i didn't succeed to build a connection with the msp part, does any one know how to build this uart? and if someone did it before who can share the code with me??

Typically a TI debugger will enumerate as two COM ports on your PC. To communicate with the device via back-channel UART, you need to select the COM port labeled "UART" in your device manager. You also need to ensure you're using the correct pins on the MSP430 that are connected to the debugger. Can you provide the board you are using to debug with, the MSP pins connected to the debugger, and the USCI peripheral you're using to attempt UART communication with the PC?
