Hi,

we'd like to have cosmic radiation test data on this MSP432P401R-EP µC because final application could be avionic (civil aircraft).

is these kind of information exist? if yes, we are interested in;

moreover, which is the silicon technology for these device? is it SOI?

Marc,
At this time, we do not have an MSP432 device released for EP and do not have any radiation data.
I am not aware of this device being on a roadmap. However, I will confirm with our marketing team and update if this or other MSP432 device is currently planned.
