MSP432P401R: Stuck in bootloader after using BSL Scripter Successfully

Part Number: MSP432P401R

I'm using the MSP432P401R launchpad, and am getting stuck in BSL mode after successfully uploading an output .txt file using the BSL Scripter tool. Some background info:

  1. I am entering BSL with a HW Invoke pin (2.6). I set that pin high, reset the board, and using the memory browser I confirm I see ACE in BSL ACK.
  2. Once the BSL is entered, I run the script which successfully executes.
  3. After the REBOOT_RESET command executes at the conclusion of my script, the new program which was just uploaded fails to run.
  4. I set pin 2.6 low, hit reset, I am still in BSL (still see ACE in ACK, can still re-run script and upload new firmware successfully, etc.).

Wondering why this is happening. Please see screenshot below.
