MSP430 USB to I2C bridge implementation

My customer is looking to implement a USB to I2C bridge using a MSP430F5503 device. Are there any off-the-shelf code examples for the MSP430 that can be used to arrive at this solution? Any app notes or white papers on how to do this are also welcome.

Hi Enrique,

the USB stack is in the MSP430 USB Developers Package (http://focus.ti.com/docs/toolsw/folders/print/msp430usbdevpack.html). There are some examples included which show how to use it.

You can find some I2C examples in the MSP430F550x example codes (MSP430F550x, MSP430F5510 C Code Examples (Rev. C)). Use these two packages as starting point.
