MSP-EXP430G2ET: MSP430: Error connecting to the target: Unknown device

hello everyone,

For some reason when I run the code on my MSP432G2ET I am receiving the following "MSP430: Error connecting to the target: Unknown device". For some reason I am also not able to find my device in resource explorer either. I receive the following {"msg":"COM4: Could not open the device.","name":"COM4","type":"error". I have ran code before using this same device and for some I am just running into this issue. Its a msp430g2553.

Hi Gilberto,

looks like the EZ-FET debug probe is not recognized anymore. Do you see it is appearing in the device manager once you disconnect and connect it again to the USB port?
Were you able to replace the device to ensure it is not damaged at all? Also would assume all the jumpers are connected properly?
