Hello,

Can anyone suggest to program this part # TMS320LF2406APZA with ISP?

Please let me know a third party tool to program.

I assume you have access to the flash image (the xxxx.out file). If not, I assume the device is unsecure, so that you can save the flash image and then use the image to re-program the device. If neither of the preceding situations is true, you cannot re-program. CCS3.3 has a built-in programmer, but CCS3.3 is now obsolete and no longer supported. Look into solutions from www.codeskin.com/c2prog-faq & www.elprotronic.com/products
