TM4C1290NCPDT: Is Tiva controller interface Laser Printer via USB ?

Hi,

I wish to interface a HP Laser printer ( USB 2.0) to my controller TM4C1290NCPDT .Can TIVA supports interfacing high speed laser printer devices alone or i have to attach an external ULPI PHY chip.?

If you want "high speed" instead of "full speed" you need an external ULPI PHY chip.

hi Bob,
first of all thanks for your suggestion. I have doubt that my controller is detecting HP laserJet 1020 printer which has host based printer language without external peripheral ULPI PHY but same code is not detecting with another model HP LaserJet pro 1606dn which also has same language.Both are connected via USB to my controller.

hi ,
I have doubt that my controller is detecting HP LaserJet pro 1606dn printer which has PCL 5e printer language without external peripheral ULPI PHY but same code is not detecting with another model HP LaserJet pro m203dn which also has same language.Both are connected via USB to my controller.

please help me.
