Hi,

I am trying to program an LM4F232H5BB microcontroller under Windows 7 with LM Flash Programmer build 1463 via USB DFU.

The Stellaris Driver Firmware Upgrade driver date is 3/10/2010. The DFU option won't come up in the LM Flash Programmer when the controller is connected.

Is there anything I've missed or are there newer drivers for Windows 7?

UPDATE:

I found the problem, the Windows DFU driver was too old, there is an updated one from 2012 in the StellarisWare directories that works. The device is now showing in the LM Flash Programmer.

I have the same Problem, I'd installed C:\StellarisWare but the Problem still existe.

Where did you find Windows DFU Driver and where did you install it?

Voegel,

What eval kit are you using? When did you install your Stellarisware.

The answer will be similar for Stellarisware...for Tivaware you follow path:

ti\Tivaware C series 2.0\windows_drivers

Once you point your driver to update manually, browse to the path of windows drivers and it will find it from there.

I couldn't understand why I have this Problem...

Can you download Tivaware at http://software-dl.ti.com/tiva-c/SW-TM4C/latest/index_FDS.html It looks like you may be using an old version of the drivers. Point your browse to path to the windows driver in the new download. Leave the TM4C123 device blank...the ROM usb boot loader will enable itself. Then go back to LM Flash and see if issue still persists. Lela
