LM4F120H5QR Stuck in Hibernation Mode

Thank you for your response. As I stated in my original post, that is exactly what I tried. I tried it multiple times. I help the reset, connected the power and then clicked the Unlock button. It didn't work. Fortunately for me I just tried it again and it worked. I have no idea what I did differently, all I know is that it worked this time. If anyone else has this problem I would suggest giving it a while and trying again. 

Great that you have already restored your launchpad. I thought Stellaris Paul advice,

"hold reset when using the lmflash unlock feature"

would provide different results from your method,

"I held the reset button as I powered it on and then tried to unlock"

I guess, a little bit of persistence solves the problem.

i done this for many times but there is no response from the tm4c123 launchpad board is there any other way to unlock ?

Hello Keerthi,

This is the only way to unlock the device. By the way in which Hibernate mode did you put the device: VDD3ON or VDD3OFF mode?

I have seen one instance where Windows8 Machines do not allow the USB port to work well. Can you try switching to a Windows7 PC/Laptop or use a dock for Windows8 Laptops.

Also please do check if you have the latest LMFlashProgrammer. Can you send the last binary file that you flashed to the board and which board it was, DK/EK TM4C123/TM4129?

i am using windows 7 and i am having the latest version of  lm flash programer 1613 and the board which i am using is EK-TMC123G H6PMI

i have tried in both as you told   vdd3-on and vdd3-off

I didn't realize that it was the hibernate issue you were looking out for.

I am using the 1613 version as well and I am able to unlock my board when it goes into hibernate and get it to work again.

Now the VDD3ON or VDD3OFF mode of hibernate cannot be controlled externally but is something which is done internal to the Hibernate module. How are you exactly doing the same as mentioned in the previous post of yours?

Also as I mentioned that if you can send the bin file from CCS, I can try to use it lock up my board and then see if it works again or not. Also the corresponding C file for me to check what programming you are doing would be rather helpful as well.
