According to http://www.mathworks.co.uk/hardware-support/texas-instruments.html the Tiva™ C Series – M4 is supported by MATLAB Embedded Coder.

What specific problem do you have?

MathWorks just recently (March 2016) published an Embedded Coder Target for Energia, which works with the Tiva TM4C123G and MSP430G2 LaunchPad.
