The equivalent TIVA Part is listed in the following E2E Link. I am not sure where you got the part number from but this part number is not listed

@Amit,

Although LM4FS1AH5BB is not in the list, It was mentioned in this article below that it is one of the components inside iMac. Maybe, TI made the LM4FS1AH5BB only for iMAC and not available to the public.

Hi,

We need the DS because we got demand to implement programming support for this device on our device programmers. I don't know from where the customer knows about this chips. In many cases our customers are asking for supporting chips that are not publicly available.
