How to connect ESP8266 to TIVA C?

Hello,

I'm trying to use ESP8266 with TM4C123G. However, I can not figure out how to do. I hooked up wire as Andurino and tried to configure ESP 8266.

Howver, AT command is not working. instad of ready or eorror, comes out

"UART and LED Demo H: help, R: red, G: green, B: blue, left/right button to increase/decrease 5 percents of duty cycle"

Do i need to get ESP 8266 libaray? , if so, Where i can get it?

How can i get configure ESP 8266?

Would you please provide more details about what you want to achieve with ESP8266/TM4C123 integration? We do not have support package for ESP8266. You can set a I2C port and communicate with ESP8266 per ESP8266 spec.

By the way, TI's CC3200 wifi SOC offers similar functionalities.

I'm trying to wireless controll for light sytem. i will try to ESP8266 can controll for high and low for sending data to launch pad . However, ESP8266 can't communicate launch pad that was problem

You need to first understand how your ESP8266 subsystem communicates with external world. Then you can setup the host processor to communicate with ESP8266. As I replied earlier. TI does not provide software to directly support ESP8266. However, TI does have driver software for CC3100.

Quite right! Only if the CC3100/CC3200 devices were in the price range of the ESP8366 complete modules... ;)
