Tiva C - BlackHawk ARM JTAG

I want to build  a custom PCB on which I can use the BlackHawk ARM JTAG probe ( USB100v2-ARM). If i got it correctly the Pin out for this JTAG can be found here:

So this is the Jtag pin out schematic I got so Far:

Pin 2 is unconnected, Rpullow1 = Rpulllow2 = 1k. I Don't know what to do with Pin 11 (RTCK) and Pin 3 (nTRST)

My Jtag TDI/TDO/TCK/TMS are pull-up with 1k. The reset pin is pull-down with a 1k.

    Hello Mathieu,

    RTCK is not required as we do not support RTCK (and that is something you must set in the IDE). The nTRST can be connected to the Main Pad reset pin RST_n (advise a 0 Ohms resistor in case it needs to be disconnected).
