Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UNIFLASH, EK-TM4C123GXL, LMFLASHPROGRAMMER
Shot myself in the foot by messing with Port C and accidentally set the JTAG pins as GPIO. I've been using LaunchPad EK-TM4C123GXL as the debug probe for months and all was working great till I messed with Port C. Obviously, CSS can no longer connect to the target. Downloaded Uniflash v4.1.1078. The attached pics show my config and the console. I followed the directions for Debug Port Unlock, but it doesn't work. After the unlock completes (without error) all attempts to access the target throw a "Error Connecting to Target".
I have repeated this process many times, with different Uniflash configurations, including selecting the Tiva EK-TM4C123GXL as my device, but they all fail the same way; I cant connect to the target. There is a LED on the target that my program turns on and that LED is on which leads me to believe my program is still running indicating the reset failed. I understand why I cant access the target; JTAG isn't working. I need to know how to correct it.
So, my question is how can I unlock the JTAG?
Thanks in advance
Steve
The unlock operation completes without error.
But, when I try to read the device info......
