TM4C Product Search Update Feedback

Ralph Jacobi

Hello E2E Community,

Last week some TI.com changes accidentally messed up our Product Search, but that's been resolved now. I believe it's been setup quite well, but if there is room for improvement or a useful search parameter that existed before is still missing, please let us know so we can try and address that.

Are you sure there were changes?

No CAN, No USB, No external bus interface in the selections

Hi Robert,

...I think your computer/browser disagrees with our TI.com update system. :(

Can you check in the morning and see if it updates? I checked again (at home now, so totally different environment/PC) and it loads fine for me. When fixed it will display as follows:

Ralph,

Via Chrome - we note (exactly) as does Robert - No: CAN, USB, nor EPI. Neither Flash nor Ram - which lead your list - appear in those positions - on our screen.

Hi cb1,

Hmm... I was told it would be live by 5:30CST and it updated as stated for me. Had a friend who is non-TI and doesn't use TI.com account login open up page and it was fine for him as well (also on Chrome).

All I can think is to maybe clear browser cache. Though for Robert last time issues occurred, waiting until morning cleared them up. Wish I knew what else to say, but if it the issue persists come morning, I'll inquire w/ web team.

See the changes yet or still loading the older screens? Can you try browser cache clear if so? (Because I know web team will ask that first so...)

Eureka! CAN, USB ... even EPI - now appear! And this w/out (even) "Clearing the browser cache!" (Not that I don't know how! ... Ok - I don't - commences now - staff mocking...)
Thanks to you Ralph - and to web-team - for "hanging w/this." (full review to be performed by staff - after they've "had their fun.")
