Dear Sir

I want to know input current consumption of TI's motor driver IC - DRV8873HPWPR.

Supply voltage will be either 3.3V/ 5VDC.

    Hi Minesh,

    In the datasheet we specify an active input VM current of 5mA typical and 10mA maximum at 13.5V. For VM=5VDC, the input current should be in the lower end.

    By the way, the minimum VM supply for this device is 4.5VDC. 3.3VDC supply will not work for this device since it will trigger its undervoltage lockout (UVLO) fault. If you need a driver with 3.3V supply, we have other drivers which may be more suitable. Let me know if you need suggestions for other components.
