I need to calculate power dissipation for 1 ohm resistor connected between AGND & GND of DRV8412.
Pl provide below details.
Part number: DRV8412DDW

1.Current flow through 1 ohm resistor
2. VRG quiescent current ( Ground current).

Apologies for the late response.

To calculate the max power dissipation for 1Ω resistor between AGND and GND, we have to look at the maximum GND to AGND voltage ratings. You can see on the table below that the MAX voltage is 0.3V between GND and AGND. So you can calculate the max power dissipation across the resistor to be around (0.3^2V/1Ω=0.09W). If the GND to AGND voltage stays withing the absolute operating range, the power dissipation of a 1Ω resistor should be less than 0.09W.
