Hi team,
Your recommended is1uF for the capacitor between VM and VCP.
Is it possible to use 0.47uF or 2.2uF?
What kind of problem do you think?
Sincerely.
Kengo.

Hello Kengo-san,
We are OK with changing the value up or down 1 standard capacitor value (i.e. 0.68uF to 1.5uF), however we do not recommend this in normal situations. Having a lower capacitor than recommended results in a weaker charge pump output which will have more ripple and dip whenever a MOSFET is turned ON. Having a higher value capacitor results in more inrush current and requires a longer time for the VCP voltage to stabilize on power-up.
Thanks,
Matt
