Our customer would like to know if we have documents for computing the values of passive components of DRV8701 such as bulk capacitor, IDRIVE resistor and sense resistor.

For bulk cap, please see the following app note:

For IDRIVE resistor, this will depend on the FETs they choose and how fast they want to switch the FETs. Please see section 7.3.5 in the datasheet.

For sense resistor, depends on current in the motor and chopping current they desire. All calculations are in the datasheet, see section 7.3.3
