Hello,
I'm currently developing a device that has to meet some specific safety requirements, one of which is the inability of the microcontroller to control actuators without a physically pressed button. I'd like to connect the button signal to the enable pin of the DRV, but I have to be sure that the enable pin is implemented purely in hardware. So basically my question is if the enable pin is a hardware solution or is it dependent on the smart drive unit? Is the smart driver unit a pure hardware solution as well?
