Our customer is looking for the moisture sensitivity level of DRV10964HPDSNR. Our moisture sensitivity level search tool returns no result. Can you please provide this information?

Danilo,

According to the DRV10964 data sheet on page 22 under "Packaging Information", You can find the MSL level (Level 2 for this device). The MSL rating of this device determines its floor life in relation to the moisture relative humidity. In this case, it would be 1 year to 60% RH.
