How to know my trigger wheel teeth angle is 30 degree while in rotation

Sir,  I am using trigger wheel with 6 number teeth at 60 degree and one at 30 degree.  have to fire first nozzle at 30 degree angle teeth , then i have to use every 60 degree angle firing nozzel 2,3,4,5,6 .

 How do i know my trigger wheel  teeth angle is 30 degree while in rotation

i have to design circuit for the same please help me with hardware firmware design
