Dear Madam/Sir
we are looking for information about possibile sensitivity of the P/N 5962-9168902VYA to SEE.
In particular to Latch-up events.

It seems that in case of dielectrically isolated (DI) technology the latch up is physically not possible. Could you confirm that technology/statement?

Have you got any SEE report or data to provide?
As usual parts with SEE threshold > 60 MeV cm2/mg are considered not sensitive.

Hello, we have already reviewed the ELDRS for TID.

but as i said above we are now interested in single event effect.

Hello Valentino,

This device is built in a bipolar technology and is immune to SEL; so no SEL data was collected.

Dear Matt, thanks for the information.

The fact that the part is bipolar does not automatically implicate that it is immune to SEL.

Could you kindly specify on which basis it is immune to SEL?

Here is the feedback: dielectrically isolated biploar process technologies are practically immune to SEL, the chances of a latch-up event is almost zero.
