I am the colleague of KB. He takes the long vacation.

Could you please share us the meaning of IC date code on IC making?

Now we are facing the high failure rate of date code about 10% of 03A15PT.

But no problem for another date code like 87CE95T with the same PCBA board and design.

For defect unit we are suspect the MSL storage condition of both IC date code are difference because we brought from difference source.

This is will very important for us to decide our next step what to do with the existing IC about 300++ pcs IC in stock.
