Do you have an automotive version of DRV8306? If not do you have a part that has a similar function as DRV8306 but is automotive qualified?

Hello Tejas,
Unfortunately we do not have a driver quite like the DRV8306 in automotive. The DRV8340-Q1 is close, because it does integrate sensored trapezoidal control (1x PWM), but it does not integrate the current limiting feature, only overcurrent protection.
If you are driving a low power motor, a solution like DRV10983-Q1 may be interesting to look at. MCT8316Z is another similar part with the MOSFETs integrated and we do plan to release an automotive variant of MCT8316Z in the future.
Thanks,
Matt
Hello,
DRV8343-Q1 or DRV8340-Q1 are better to do this than DRV8305-Q1.
DRV8305-Q1 lacks a direction pin in 1x PWM mode, meaning the motor can only spin in one direction. DRV8343-Q1 and DRV8340-Q1 have a direction pin in 1x PWM mode.
Thanks,
Matt
