Hi User,

Thanks for posting on the MD forum.

So what you're seeing is the motor starting up, or not starting up, some percentage of the time. After the motor starts to spin, do you have any issues, or is this just at start up?

When the motor fails start spinning, does it try to spin for a short period of time and the quit?

Can you share your EEPROM configuration?

Are you using our EVM or custom board?
