we are looking for a TEC driver IC for 4 x TEC-XLT2418, do you recommend? and how to design for bi-direction control? cool and heat?

hi Luis,

DRV595 is not suitable for my application, please see datasheet of XLT2418，which had high power.

Sorry we don't have higher power integrated FET devices that can deliver such a high power...
