Hi team
According to the differential input, could I get a sine wave directly from PWM input square waveform without using LPF like below?

Hello,
Unfortunately this part does not support direct PWM input to produce sinusoidal waveforms, possibly look into our other haptic drivers here where most do support PWM input.

Thanks Carson. So if I would like to generate the sinusoidal waveforms we must use the LPF right?
Hello,
Yes if use use PWM then LPF hast to be used. Could also you a DAC to generate sinewave from MCU or however you would want to input sinewave to device.
