Legacy motion control system with resolver feedback.

Thank you for posting on E2E.  As I understand, you want to design a new resolver interface. 

We will need more information to evaluate this request, please.  Such as:

what resolver is in the system now?

what is the interface to the rest of the system?

what are the specifications of the resolver?

what power supplies are available? 

are there any size constraints?

A block diagram with operating system parameters would be very useful.

Looking forward to receiving more design specifications and system requirements.

I have an drive, motor, resolver control loop on an existing piece of equipment. 

Is a device available where I can input the excitation and the feedback (sin/cos) voltages and product an encoder output ?

Basically placing a parallel system to collect data without changing the original system. 

ALM2403-Q1 is inverse of what I need; I need resolver to encoder; also I cannot just purchase a chip it need to be a system that includes the chip; preferability din rail mountable in an industrial electrical cabinet.

Here at Texas Instruments, we make the chips that might go into the product you are looking for, but we do not have any 'off the shelf' end products that can do this for you.  You might try vegacnc.com, I believe they make some DIN rail controllers that might suit your needs.
