Hi,

Does the device need to be completely stopped after it has been ENABLE low and before it can be restarted?

Also, if this "motor must stop completely before it can be restarted" specification, is there a workaround for this?

* Because the customer-requested specifications require the motor to be restarted before it is completely stopped.

* For example, with the DRV8308, it seems that the motor needs to be stopped completely before restarting, but this is a problem.

Hello Tanaka-san,

This logic is built into the device; the SN1B044 will also wait for the motor to stop spinning before starting acceleration, as defined by a HALL_U period longer than 500ms.

You can use the BRAKE pin to make sure the motor stops completely.
