Hi Team,

The driver board is 24V power supply. Two brushless motors are used for testing, the rated voltages are 7.4V and 24V, and the motor cannot continue to run after two or three revolutions. Customer would like to know what parameters need to be set in detail?

Hello Annie,

What are the motor parameters for these two motors and how has the customer configured the required EEPROM settings inside the DRV10975?
