DRV8908-Q1: Design questions

Dear expert,

1. Anything should be taken care If designing DRV8908 to compatible with high side, low side and H bridge control?

2. With DRV8908 in parallel mode, how to do over current detection? How to guarantee current sharing between multiple channel?

3. What is DRV8718 VDS overcurrent accuracy?

4. I'm new for DRV8718&DRV8908 , anything else need to be taken care during design?

    1. Nothing I can consider.

    2.Over current is detected by each channel. In parallel mode, recommend to use up to 1A peak/channels. Please refer 9.2.2.2.1 H-Bridge Requirements for Parallel Operation on Datasheet. "six half-bridges can be connected in parallel combination (3 half-bridges
    for high-side and 3 half-bridges for low-side) to support the 3-A peak current requirement"

    3. OCP min 1.3A/typ 1.8A/max 2.3A

    4. Total power dissipation and thermal is one need to be care when driving multiple channels at the same time. Please refer 9.3 Thermal application on datasheet.
