DRV2511Q1EVM: Can't find plus button to connect with GUI

Hi experts,

My customer is analyzing DRV2511-Q1 with the EVM board. While they are trying to start with the DRV2511Q1EVM, they found there is some problem to connect to GUI and EVM.

They have powered J5 with external 12V power source, connected GUI with EVM via USB, while the GUI said there is no connection. The user guide mentioned there is a plus button but they can't found.

Please provide some ideas, thanks.
