DRV8800: About the UVCP

Hi team,

I'd like to know about the UVCP detail.
What are the conditions under which the UVCP fault occurs?
Is this fault just a notification and will affect the DRV8800 behavior?

My customer has always the nFault output is low.
They checked the voltage of VCP that is 32.4V(VCC is 33V).

According to VCP voltage curve, if the VCP voltage is not higher than VBB more than 5~10V, the UVCP fault could occur. in UVCP fault condition, the outputs of the device are disabled.

How many boards do they build? Can they share the schematic?

Among the protection functions, what is the protection function that can move the motor.

Hello,

I am not sure I understand the question. Can you please clarify? This appears to be a charge pump fault. Please check around the charge pump for any errors in external components.
