4 arms half bridge symmetrical converter

Hello ,

We want to control a 4 phase variable reluctance machine. For this we need to make (or buy) 4 arms half-bridge symmetrical converter with the following characteristics:

Max current of the DC bus: 62 A

Max DC bus voltage: 25.2 V

Max PWM frequency: 30 kHz

MOSFET(or IGBT) switch control voltage: 2.5-3.5V

Current sensor for each phase: Yes

Voltage sensor for each phase: No

Voltage sensor for DC bus: Yes

Max weight expected: 40 g

Where I can find this kind of converter?

Else, could you suggest a power component (IGBT, Mosfet...) that supports 25V and 62A?

Thank you for posting to the motor drives forum. Just a couple of questions from our end.

Is this for a switched reluctance motor or a synchronous reluctance motor?

Would you be able to provide a block diagram or a schematic of what you are looking to implement for your application.

Have you reviewed this app note: https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/slvaen9?

I do not think that you are not going to find an evaluation module that can drive that high power. You will have to design it.

You may want to consider CSD18510Q5B, either single or in parallel.
