DRV8305: Ultra Librarian "pad name V already exists" errors preventing use in Eagle or Fusion 360

I have tried to import both the DRV8305 and DRV8353 parts libraries into both Fusion 360 and Eagle. Both parts generate a "pad name V already exists" error causing the import to fail. With the number of pins involved this tool needs to be functional. Can you refer me to an appropriate place to download working files? Also, the contact links on the ultra librarian site don't work either.

Could you show me exactly which file you downloaded and from where?

Please also share the ABOUT page of your eagle install so we can see which version and such you are using.
