The customer would like to know is it possible to drive the motor with the DRV8303 but without SPI function to connect, just as the following figure shows:

The OVER Voltage alarm occurs during the high voltage test (42-50 V). The customer would like to know how to deal with it.

Hello Cherry,

We do not recommend using DRV8303 without SPI functionality. If you want to use a device without SPI, please consider DRV8323H, DRV8323RH, or DRV8302.

If you intend to operate the device at voltages close to 50V, we would recommend using DRV8353H or DRV8353RH which can operate to a higher voltage.
