We're design the DRV110 with below conditions and external RC values for MD application.
DC Impedance of Ls is 85 Ohm(internal resistance)
Peak current = 0.28A (Rpeak = 931k)
Holding current = 0.14A (Rhold = 311k)
Freq = 10kHz (Rfreq = 400k)
Rsense = 0.2ohm
Rs = 9kohm
With above settings, we found the MOSFET's temp is up to 65degree at 25degree ambient. It looks the switching loss is a little higher. Is this correct? Could you check if these setting have been optimized? Very thanks.
