DRV8300: VGHx_LO and VGHx_HI parameter question

Hi Team,

I want to know what these two parameters mean. Is it the voltage value of VGHx to ground when the drive is turned on/off when the MOS is not connected? What is the meaning of this parameter? Does it matter to driving ability?

Hello Jenson,

Thanks for posting to the MD forum. These measurements are taken when the device is powered on. The meaning of these parameters is essentially that if no FETs are present then this device does not generate the proper voltage at the GHx and GLx pins. This does not affect the driving ability of the device.
